My Little Prince!

There is absolutely no colouring on this - Shock-Horror I know!!!!..... but I had one of those very lazy Sundays today and so gave me time to play with my new Adobe Photoshop Elements 9  program Sometimes it is nice just to play with something other then my copic's, LOL.......I have been tossing up for a while now on if I should/shouldn't  buy a new editing program as my old photoshop program did not work with windows 7 (grrrrrr) and so...... yesterday caved in and purchased it.  

The gorgeous little baby is my grandson "Ayce."

I cant tell you how many layers, removing backgrounds etc.... it took to create this but I had lots of enjoyment doing this.!!!!!

Ho Ho Ho

Hi Friends, my card today was inspired by Norma. When I saw her window card I just knew I had to try one. So... out came my Gypsy and off to work I went, LOL.Now I would like to say I designed the windows straight away but... a few trys and waste of paper this was my finished attempt.

Over at Bizzy Bec's this months Store Challenge we have gone with the

 Theme of "Christmas"..

New Car-Digital Delights

The December new releases have arrived at Digital Delights by Louby Loo!

This months releases are designed for new beginnings; homes, babies, cars and even the New Year!....

I was given the New Car image  to play with and I must say it was so easy to use. This is a GREAT image to use for that  someone who is lucky enough to have or is getting a New Car. Of course..... I had to add a little background and used the Circular Tree Background image, also avalable from Digital Deligths and used my Air Brush system with compressor to colour in.I masked all of the background at stages to add the colour for each section.

This card is for my darling son, RYAN, its his birthday today

"Happy Birthday Ryan."

 I dont get to see my boy today as he lives in the far North of Western Australia in the Pilbara Mining Town of Newman but we are so very proud of him as he has just been signed off of his apprenticeship early and is now a Engineering Tradesperson only having to complete 2 years and 3 months of a 4 year apprenticship.Well Done Ryan!!!!

 It's so hard when your kids move away and leave home and I always feel a little sad on these occasions. I always said I wished they would never grow up and leave home and I would love too of been those families in the days where all your children , partners and there children lived in the same house but different wings, say one in the North wing and one in the South wing , I think you get the picture, LOL....would of been perfect.!!!!!!!!!!!

Ryan loves music and loves the band Guttermouth and this Kenny K image worked so well with what I wanted to do.I found a poster on line, resized it and that became my background paper, a few embellishments of guitar and music notes and all done and posted.

I am running so very late with this post due to more technical probs with my computer, grrrrrrr. I had to get a new Hard drive last week due to my old computer crashing on me and then having to reload everything and then on Friday I decided to change my internet plan, well since very early Wednesday morning I have had NO internet! After many, many frustrating phone calls to Telstra I am finally  back on line, Phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GingerBread, mmmmm dont you just love that smell when they are cooking in the oven. I used to make these all the time when my kids were young and we would have fun decorating the, They didnt quite look like this when we put the icing on, we all got a little messy, hence the Apron card, LOL...... but they still tasted Devine!

Christmas Morning Pippin

A Wise old Owl

Murder, Mystery,Mayhem and Who-Dunnit are some of the Books I love reading when I'm not in my little corner making cards and so I think this Bookmark is going to come in very, very handy, may stop me from folding down the corners, bit naughty I know!!!!

This would have to be a first for me as I dont usually make many/if any cards with animals, but when I was sent these Cute Critters, This is Mollie Mittens with Balloons image from Kellie at TPS I could not resisit giving them ago.

In fact you know, I really enjoyed colouring her and might just have to start making more cards with cute animals..I stamped off the Balloons from Popcorn the Bear stamps to use behind Mollie and the Pressies-Birthday Set are also from TPS.

Add in some Pretty paper and Kindy glitz and you have a fun card that you can give to anyone.

****It's A Boy*****

Hi Blogger Friends, I have been bursting at the seams to post this as of Yesterday,

Monday, 4th October at 12.22pm I became a NANNA.

By beautiful girl Rhiannon and her hubby John celebrated the arrival of their Baby Boy,

"Ayce James Stewart "

We have had a quite and many a few concerns and worrys over the months leading to this day but he is a healthy, Perfect little Boy weighing in at 3.224 kl or 7lb1oz and 50cm long.

Rhiannon and Bub are both doing great!!!!!

He is just soooo darn cute and I have had soooo many cuddles, he is just sooo precious!

If was a wonderful gift on my hubby Greg and my 30th Wedding celebration, What a way for us to celebrate.

My Beautiful grandson, "Ayce" isn't he just perfect and YES I am very biased, bahahaha.

I have decided to get a bit of a head start with Halloween. Even though we dont celebrate Halloween in a big way here in Australia, I soooo love all the images.

My card today is for

Kraftin Kimmie-#46. Black and White and a Touch of another colour. I used the stamps Witchy Poo, the House and the Cat.

Hi everyone. I love playing around with my stamps to see if I can create new ones and so decided to try MORPHING Kraftin Kimmie stamps Angry Ballerina (body) with Charlotte (head).

My card is based on that fabulous poem by Edgar Allen Poe, The Raven. The poem has always been one of my favourite and of course who could go pass using Kraftin Kimmie's Chester, he looks and fitted in  so perfect.
