Its been a while since I played along with Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge but as I dont do enough male/boy cards and the Challenge is "One for the Lads", this was the perfect time to do so.

Ever since  Ayce, my gorgeous Grandson) was born I'm really trying hard to do just that.

I have even got out my Alcohol Inks for the background DP thats behind my map stamp( Hero arts)  from my ATC days.

Sometimes its just great to go back and play with those techniques you learnt from soooooo long ago.

Im also found a couple of other challenges to enter...

Heart Breaker

Ok..... now this collection of which you will be seeing on Bizzy Becs blog really got my creative thoughts going.... teenage cards was what poped to mind, not that I have any more of that age in my house anymore so I tried to think about what the kids at school in years 7 would like when I worked with them last year, so other then attitude they were not into pretty!!!! So this is what I came up with........She really looks like a Heart breaker so I added some wings to give her that DIVA look......

Teddy Time

I recently came across these images from Teddy Bo and just couldn't resisit buying a few.

I love Teddy Bears with character and have collected a few different fabric/material bears over the years that have been handmade with Denim jeans, Embroided ,Cordoroy and Silk and these images remind of the ones I have.

Over at the Teddy Bo Blog they have a challenge -a sketch that I pretty much stuck to give or take a few extras I needed to add to my card.

Teddy has been coloured with Copics, The doileys and bling are from Bizzy Becs and ticket is Tim Holtz.

WOW...... the time goes so quickly as  here we are again, the 5th of the Month and that means another fun and exciting challenge over at Bizzy Bec's. This month we have a colour challenge for you all and the colours are really gorgeous.......

Chocolate, Raspberry, Mint and Vanilla,  mmmm ice-cream flavours.

I have used a Magnolia stamp and those gorgeous Leaves and Flower, The Magnolia Doo Hickey Flower Die and The Heart with Key CC Designs die are all from Bizzy Becs Store, plus....The fabulous Heart Pearl Bead Bling is also from Becs, they are so pretty.

The  Rasberry/Red paper I made with distress inks as I could not find the right colour I needed from my stash.......I added some texture paste thru sequin waste and the letters were cut with my Slice machine.The vanilla DP paper was also made stamping a text stamp onto cardstock in lines and then I used a fabulous stamp that I have just found to give that grunge/spotty look around the paper.I also have used some bandage gauze on my card and alot of Tattered Angels Gold spray that for some unknown reason would not show up in the photo as in real life its is very shimmery.Anyways.........

im' late

Yes.... another tag but I recently found and discovered the amazing book from Tim Holtz- 'Compendium of Curiosities". This is a fabulous book that I have not been able to put it down since it arrived. A lot of the Techniques I have done from my ATC days but its good to go back  and re-play.

Then of all the good luck I then found a Challenge Blog-StudioL3 that each week you make a tag  following a technique from the book. Unfortunetly they are nearly at the end ...... tooooooo late again, Hence the title of my Tag, I'm Late, LOL.....

This week we needed to use a fragment piece- I have placed mine over the numbers.I also used Mo Manning's White rabbit, clock stamped onto acetate,collections chipboard door frame and keyhole, A music stamp I stamped onto tissue paper I then cut into long strips and then pleated, the vintage label is from the Graphics Fairy( thanks Emma for sharing  this site) and the fringed lace is from Bizzy Becs.
