Seasons Greetings...

Hello there, just sharing another Christmas Card... I wish you could see how much sparkle this card has in RL.

 I used Ultra fine glitter, Sticker Leaf Outline and Jac paper  and then coloured/dotted over the glitter with my Copic Markers...

Background is Distress Inks - Wild Honey,Pumice Stone and Peeled Paint , Acrylic Block and Water and stamped with a Script Stamp.

A little more stamping as in Sentiment, Stars and Spots, Sequins and Washi Tape to finish it off.

Inspiration Monday- Pink Christmas..

Hi fellow Crafters, It's "La-La Land Crafts"Inspirational Monday" . 

Today is also a "Goodbye" as it's my last day as a Design Team girl  for La La Lands having decided it's time to step down and move on. I have had  the opportunity to meet and create along some incredibly talented girls and made some wonderful friendships, thankyou girls!

Anyway onto this weeks theme...

Happy Holidays

Hi there, I don't normally find time to create a card just for fun but with my DD and grandkids away this past 10 days- (holidaying in Phuket) I have found myself  having more spare time to spend  in the craft room...

I just love the combination of Evergreen Bough and Iced Spruce Distress Inks..great Christmas Colours.

 My background was created using  Iced Spruce,Acrylic block and water, a technique I do quite often to make my own background paper. Evergreen Bough was used as my backing paper. 

I saw a similar tree on a card at my local new agency so wondered if I could create one..

When looking thru my stash of stamps I found I had no basic tree trunk stamp- I know I'm surprised too-- for  those of you who know my stamp collection., lol...So I made my own cutting a piece off  an acrylic stamp that had extra around it and cut it into a shape of a trunk and stamped with Black Versafine Ink. 

The little stamped circles used to form my tree came from a Neat and Tangled Stamp set called Party Dots... this stamp set is soooo well used., a Memory Box Die for my Star, Sequins and Gems and a little Copic Colouring along with a little strip of silver glitter paper finished it off... 

I am entering this card into a new Stamp Company I have just found  (love the stamps) and Challenge Blog called..

Yes, its Summer Yumi  from  YUMI and FUMI HANDMADE .

I am soooo excited to share with you all that I now get to play and create with these wonderful images every fortnight as a Team Yumi DT girl...and along side a very creative group of girls...wooo hoooo 

I have loved these images for such along time,, who can resist the adorable faces they have.. not me.....

I used the Tiddly Inks Stamps- Happy Mail and Harmony at Home along with  

Memory Box Die - Small Circle Burst.

The stamps and Dies are from Bizzy Bec’s Online Store …HERE
Images were coloured with Distress Inks and Houses and Heart were stamped onto patterned paper.

 EDGE IT/ FANCY EDGES.

On my card I used the  Open Leaf Flourish Die. I cut up the die and used it to edge my shape and then splattered on some white paint.
