A card I made just for fun and no particular reason except I had some spare time to play and because TV has been so boring lately, roll on Thursday night for new episodes of Greys Anatomy and Desperate Housewives, Yipeeee.

As my title says

my Dearest and Bestest Pal/Buddy/Friend ever.!!!!

This is the card I made especially for her to go with her pressie, Yes.... a box with crafting goodies inside...I mean come on girls what else would you get your craftin Girlfriend.

Lorraine and I met a few years ago when we attended an ATC class and I sat at a table with her and another pal Nicky.

We all hit it off and from then on we all shopped tog- if we saw somthing it always had to be in "three's" and we had weekly/fortnightly craft nites tog. WOW.... did we have some laughs on those nights, and I will say we did lots of chatting and not that much crafting.Sadly for us Nicky moved to Melbourne and so the nites just were not the same, but.....

Lorraine and I still have our craft times tog often, OK... every week!!!!and when we are not crafting together we are constantly chatting on the phone tog!!!! I teach Copic Classes for her and YES we still have our BIG shopping days except its now everything in "two's".We have the best times!!!

Now when I saw these images from the Prairie Fairy I couldn't resist grabbing a few to play with as I think they have such a quirky look to them.

You're so Sweet

I found some spare time on the weekend in-between having a Huge major /drastic throwout of accumulated  goods and left behinds from when both Ryan and Rhiannon moved out of home.

 It was time to throw out all those things that we have stored!!!! in case they ever needed them again, does that sound familiar .LoL...the back shed was getting a bit difficult to get into.

It was "Bring out Your Rubbish" time and as we are getting closer to our home being completed and moving, (the bottom floor roof tiles go on this week) and after 26 years in our home now , it's time to de-clutter and

WOW did we have alot to throw out!!!!!

Anyway enough  of my chatting and onto my card.....This lil gal "Joy" from Sugar Nellie  is just like her collection name-and 1 of the 4 ,Simply Adorable digi images that I just had to have. Of course she had to be coloured in PINK because is that not a favourite colour of most lil gals.

You are a Star!

A Brand New Year to Challenge myself, LOL.....This card today is using colours that I would normally never choose together let alone colour in with but I am taking myself out of comfort zone with my normal choice of copic colours.

This amazing image is Sugar Nellies new image"GRACE" isn't she just so lifelike......Because of my colours I decided to use just whites and cream/neutral shades to place this lil gal on.

I have also used my New- Sizzix star Die,as well as a Sizzix Flourish die, MS punch, Bizzy Becs Digi Tickets-Blank tickets( I added my own sentiment)Ribbon hand gathered.Copics used-YR,R and W.

This Magnolia stamp was one of the very first gals I purchased, I had to have her because I really loved her striped stockings.Unfortunetly this was another gal that had been filed away and  had not seen some ink for sooooooo long.So sticking to my NYResolution here she is for all to see.

I have been chasing a banner/flags die for a while now but everyone seems to be sold out so when craft shopping with my BF Lorraine( we have lots of these fun days!!!) on Thursday I came across this embossing folder and it was just what i was after. YES.... I do have to hand cut it out ,(very easy to follow the lines)  but the fab thing is it embosses the paper with different designs and there is 3 different sets of banners to use on the folder, I love it!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone ,Happy New Year to all my blogger friends.

 It seems ages since since I posted but I was determined to have a good break and re-energize

.My New Years resolution this year is too start using all those NEW, never inked.... "HAD TO HAVE"- (Im sure you all have some of those) stamps and images that I got last year as well as my favourite "oldies but goodies"  from what now seems like ages that I have.
