STAMPlorations Birthday Blog Hop!

 

STAMPlorations turns a year old this month and we're celebrating with a blog hop!

We're also releasing the new stamps for July so it's a double celebration.

 The other STAMPlorations girls and I are sharing projects we created that feature the new stamps. And we've got 5 talented card-makers celebrating with us too! Visit all the stops on the hop and leave a comment for a chance to win stamps. We're giving away over $120 worth of stamps!

I used the yummy CUPCAKE Stamp.. I just love this stamp, isn't it FABULOUS... and did a little watercolouring on the stamped images.

The sentiment is from the Simple Gift Stamp.

I have long admired fellow DT girl Shirley-bee and the way she does splotchy water colouring and have been itching to give this go- so this is my take on her technique... Thanks for inspiration Shirley.

I used gesso thru a Memory Box stencil and while still wet added some ultra fine glitter.... followed by some bling, candle dies. I stamped the sentiment with a Adirondack grey ink.

I fussy cut out Ruby and stamped the Leaf branch and Hush twice so I could add more dimension .

 Hi there and welcome to STAMPlorations Sketch #14.
When this post goes live I will be relaxing and enjoying my holiday in Lombok with my family... my first ever overseas holiday for me ever!!!!!!

Bizzy Becs- celebrate...

Hi There... I just had to create another card using these fabulous bottle dies... I love them...
I inked them with a few Distress inks and used the loopy rings to give the illusion of bubbles...

I used Vignette Retro Mod Shapes - to create my balloons, one of the stamps from  The Holiday Artsy stamp set to create my black border down the side of the card and then finished the card off with the Happy Sentiment Builders Stamp Set.

Hi there, time for STAMPlorations sketch #13.

This fortnight playing along with us is the very talented Monica.

I created my background using one of the Grunge Floral strips and then 3 different shades of Grey ink for my Butterflies, add in a few sequins and finish off with a Fabulous Sentiment...
