Remember when....

This litle gal is soooo adorable. I just fell in love with her style of clothes and that fabulous hat.The Roaring Twenties and Jazz Music Age, what an era.
Evie was coloured with Copic Markers on X- Press it Blending Paper

    OMG I just love your card! The stunning sparkly frame looks like real metal, kind of reminds me of the art deco era. How did you do that?! I love the color scheme and they way you colored Evie.
