Hi there everyone.
I’m very happy and excited as I have the honour of being a Guest Designer for My Favourite Things. It’s no surprise to those who know me that I love all things MFT, especially going by my rather extensive collection of MFT stamps and Die-namics, and to get to share my card creations today using these fabulous products is a dream come true.
My cards today showcase a mix of older and newer release stamps and Die-namics.
My first card has been created using the Winter Wonderland stamp set and coordinating Die-namics, along with Pop-Up Holiday Greetings, Trim the Tree, and Homespun Stitch Lines. The houses have been stamped with Black Licorice Hybrid Ink onto X-press It Blending card and coloured with Copic Markers. I stamped the ornaments and garland using various MFT Premium Dye Inks to match the colouring of the houses. I framed the card with paper from the Dots & Stripes Sorbet Paper Pack.

For the next card, I again used the Winter Wonderland stamp set and Die-namics along with the Pierced Rectangle STAX and balloons from Birthday Bears. I masked off the bottom of my card with a post-it note and then sponged on blue ink, added some splattered ink of the same colour, and flicked on some water droplets. I stamped my sentiment before die cutting the Pierced Rectangle at an angle on the card. I added some foam beneath to lift the die-cut piece off the base and give dimension. I then attached my house and the 11 Balloons.

I wanted to create some ornaments for my next card. This was achieved by using the Winter Wonderland stamp set and Die-namics, Stitched Arch STAX, Snow Drifts Die-namics, Blueprints 26, and a sentiment from Trim the Tree. I sponged Blue Breeze Premium Dye Ink onto white card stock and splattered on some white paint to give the look of snow. Taking the inked card and using the Stitched Arch STAX, I cut 3 from this piece and an extra 6 pieces from white card stock. The 6 extra pieces were then die cut using the snowdrifts die. I then taped these together to form my ornaments. The images from Winter Wonderland were stamped and heat embossed with Silver embossing powder and positioned on the ornaments to create little scenes. The string and bow from the Blueprints 26 were cut from Silver Foil Card Stock and a silver heat embossed sentiment was added to the card
Thanks For Stopping By and Have Yourself a Great Day.xxx
