SPECIAL DELIVERY RUBBER STAMP (INCLUDES 1 SENTIMENT)

 I coloured SPECIAL DELIVERY RUBBER STAMP (INCLUDES 1 SENTIMENT) with Polychromos pencils, fussy cut out the image and added it to a BG created using Wash Tape and rub ons.
