The good Wife......

I wanted to share with you all today another Fabulous image from the
"NEW PIN UP GIRL"
 Collection that will be available on the 20th May, HERE at Bizzy Becs.
I have merged this wonderful girl-MAID LUCY on a background I created thru Adobe Photshop. I found the stove on the computer when I googled colouring pages and the sentiment I used is a combination of sayings/quotes that came from a page from a magazine issue called House Keeping published in 1955- The Good Wife's Guide. You really should read it , sooooooo funny.!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok.. girls come on...Im' sure we all dress, look and greet hubby like this when he comes home... bahahaha....
I have paper peiced her apron and used spica pens to add that sparkle.

    Great card! And a great vision you had putting it together. But I gotta tell you this card made me laugh sooo hard. I DO remember that article and we based my daughter's wedding shower around it. For instance, it says to always prepare yourself so we got her some bath products. It also says something about keeping the children quiet and we gave her some duct tape. The end says you need to treat him like a king so we gave him a Burger King crown. It was a riot! Thanks for the memories. I wish I could make this card, I would give it to them for their 11th anniversary coming in July. I know they would really love it!

    it's so clever putting this together! I have no idea how to do anything like that - and the ducks on the wall are classic! what household hasn't had them!! ♥
