This gorgeous stencil is from STAMPlorations...called
I used a Tombow marker in a light colour to trace inside every heart onto watercolour paper. I then painted with a small paint brush in side the heart first with water and then painted in the 3 different shades of markers that I had scribbled onto an acrylic block.
When that was dry I added Clear Wink of Stella to each of the smaller hearts.. you can just see it in the photo.
I finished off the card with a MFT die, silver glitter washi tape and some embroidery thread.
